Return Policy


We understand that you can change your mind, and that's why we try to make returns as hassle-free as possible. You have 30 days to return your item after you receive it. To initiate a return, please log in to your account at www.chomphogs.com/account by entering your email address and the six-digit code that is sent to your email address. You can only request a refund for orders that are fulfilled or partially fulfilled. How to Submit a return request:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, go to the Refunds page in the footer menu, or click this link, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

7. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.


Please note, that we can't accept items that are sent to us without a prior return request or email authorization.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase, such as your order number and full name on order. If there is damage or any issue with your item, please keep reading further for more information.

Our address for returns is: Rudderr/Chomphogs, 706 Performance Rd, Mooresville, NC 28115. After we receive and inspect your return and the item's condition is as per our return policy, we will promptly issue you a refund.
Please note that a $6.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Even though this may seem inconvenient, please understand that we offer free shipping, significantly contribute to expedited and priority shipping, and provide free return labels, to absorb the recent high increase in couriers' charges.

Damages and issues
When you receive your order, please inspect it as soon as possible.  Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, and you have not received your funds, please contact your bank. If they are unable to assist you, please contact us at support@chomphogs.com.
